What parts of the wedding day can you cover?
I can cover as much or as little of your day as you’d like; from pre-ceremony music through to a packed dance floor until midnight.
This can include:

Do you perform live, DJ, or both?
Both!
I’m a live singer & musician (piano & guitar), and a professional DJ.
That means you get the versatility & emotion of live music combined with the energy of a great DJ set, all seamlessly handled by one person/team.

Can you provide a band as well as solo or DJ options?
Absolutely!
I offer solo, duo and full band options for both daytime and evening parts of your wedding, depending on the vibe you want and the size of your celebration.
The core band lineup is a 5 or 6 piece function band.
Optional brass section is available taking us to an incredible 9-piece band.

What styles of music do you perform?
During the day, when I'm singing, i perform everything from Live-lounge style acoustic covers, to Country, Soul, Motown, Disco, 80's, Swing & Jazz, and even the odd Musical. It all depends on your preferences, what Soundtrack you book, and the vibe in the room.
The music always evolves through the day; relaxed, elegant & emotive earlier on, then upbeat & high-energy when it’s time to celebrate.
As a DJ I am 'open format' and am comfortable DJing anything and everything! There is no genre off-limits. If you want it, you get it.

Can we choose the music for the evening?
You can choose the music for every part of your day if you'd like to. I'm always happy to learn your special songs, and provide you with my repertoire lists.
For the evening though, absolutely. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

How do you keep the dance floor full?
By reading the room, not sticking rigidly to a playlist.
I blend your preferences with live crowd response, adjusting the vibe and genres so your dancefloor stays full and your party builds naturally.

Do you take requests on the night?
Not only for the evening but during the day too using my Cassette Jukebox Request board as the catalyst to let guests know they can ask me for whatever they fancy

During the evening DJ; Yes, as long as they fit your taste and the energy of the evening.
Your vision always comes first.

Do you act as an MC / host?
Absolutely. I can confidently host the day, make announcements, introduce speeches, and guide guests through key moments; all in a relaxed, professional way that never feels overbearing.
This also helps the day run smoothly by working closely with the venue, planner, photographers & guest-speakers to help everything flow on time, so you don’t need to worry about what’s happening next - or ever feel rushed!

What equipment do you provide?
I provide all professional sound, lighting and equipment needed for your day and evening. You never need to hire anything that I will need, including your choice of DJ set-ups.

Everything is loaded in, set up, tested, and managed by me and my team on the night.

Do you travel internationally?
I travel internationally for a few select weddings each year, I usually limit these to two per month.
Travel & accommodation are quoted transparently and discussed upfront.
I handle logistics carefully so everything runs as smoothly abroad as it does locally.
Destination weddings are priced at the same rate as local weddings unless where length of travel would impact my ability to work three days before or after your wedding.

How involved are you in the planning process?
As involved as you'd like me to be.
we’ll have planning calls/coffees ahead of the day to go through timings, music choices & key special moments.
I'll also send you a short questionnaire to fill in one month before your wedding day.
My aim is to make the planning easy & enjoyable, not overwhelming at all. I'll help you as much as you'd like me to, whilst also understanding that it's your special journey and you may wish to 'discover' things on your own.

What if we don’t know what music we want?
Some couples know their songs before enquiring with me, others need help a week before the big day!
If you need help, that’s completely normal. I’ll guide you with suggestions based on your style, guests and venue; many couples book me specifically because they don’t want to overthink it.
